ABOUT

Luxury Self-Catering Cottages with Hot Tubs near Loch Lomond

Welcome to Finnich Cottages

Finnich Cottages are four luxury self-catering holiday cottages on a private estate on the edge of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, near Drymen in Stirlingshire. Each one is individually styled, most with their own wood-fired hot tub, and all are dog-friendly. It's a peaceful Highland retreat just 15 miles from Glasgow.

Hidden away on the private Finnich Estate, the cottages gather around the courtyard of a beautifully restored 19th century red sandstone steading. Thick walls, slate roofs and a quiet sense of history give the place a feeling of being worlds away, yet it's far easier to reach than it looks.

Step outside and the view reaches across 13 miles of open countryside to Ben Lomond, with nothing between you and the mountain but fields, woods and sky. You can wander the estate's roads and woodland tracks, or climb the hill for spectacular views over Loch Lomond and the peaks to the north and west. When you fancy a little life, the pretty villages of Drymen and Killearn are just 3 miles away.

Inside, each cottage keeps the character of the old buildings while wrapping you in modern comfort, with light filled rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and that unmistakable feeling of being properly looked after. Outside your door, a private patio looks out over the woods and fields. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee, or an evening spent unwinding under the open sky.

You'll also find a landscaped courtyard with a large shared games room and laundry, ample parking, a grassy play area for little ones, and free WiFi throughout. Everything is taken care of, so all that's left to do is slow down.
